Payment Options
Payments by Paypal account holders only
We are also more than happy to accept cheques drawn on a UK bank although in this case goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared our account. If paying by cheque, full payment instructions will be sent to you by email on completion of the checkout process.
We accept orders from the UK and overseas only if you are B.F.P.O user.for overseas buyers payment must be
made via Paypal only.
Credit Card Security
Your entry of credit/debit card numbers is made on the Paypal website and not on Healingrays . We do not store your credit/debit card information on our site at any time.

Delivery Charges
All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling . Delivery charges are not included in the products published price and will be added to you invoice on completion of you order.
However, the delivery cost is clearly shown when you view the shopping cart as is the country to which your order will be shipped. The default destination country is the United Kingdom..
Dispatch and Delivery
We endeavor to dispatch orders within 1 to 4 working days upon receipt of cleared payment from Monday to Friday except UK Bank Holidays. If payment is by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared our account.
If for any reason there is any delay we will inform you as soon as we possibly can.
All items shown on this website are "in stock" unless otherwise indicated by an “Sorry Out Of Stock” displayed alongside the product description.
All items are dispatched within the UK via Royal Mail and via parcel force for those destinations outside the UK.
All orders under 2 Kgs in weight will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post and orders of 2 Kgs and over will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels (3 to 5 working days delivery).
Confirmation of Order
On checking out you will receive an email confirming your purchase together with information regarding payment and delivery. If for any reason you do not receive this email within 12 hours then please get in touch with us.
Confidentiality
We only collect sufficient information from you so that we can process your order. All information, your name, address and contact details will be treated lawfully and in accordance with 1998 Data Protection Act.
We do not require you to enter your telephone number but you may wish to add that information so that we can contact you in the event of any Email failure.
We will not contact you for any reason other than that related to your order or in answering any question that you may have.
No information entered on this website is or will ever be passed to any third party.
Damaged Goods
Goods damaged or proved faulty in transit will be replaced wherever possible or alternatively a full refund will be made. Please notify us immediately of any such occurrence.
Returns and Refunds
In addition to your statutory rights within the UK, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you may return them to us within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. Provided the goods are returned in unused, original condition and are carefully packaged , a full refund less our original delivery charges will be made within 7 working day of receipt of the returned goods. In the interests of hygiene we cannot issue refunds on return of earrings if they have been worn.
This "returns and refunds" policy in no way affects your consumer statutory rights.
Complaints
We truly hope that you don’t, but should you have any complaints please contact us in confidence by Email giving details of your complaint and your suggestion of how we can resolve the situation . We will act as quickly as possible to rectify any problem you have with our goods or services.
Measurements
All measurements given on this website are approximate although we do try to describe our products as accurately as we can.
Our Right to Cancel
Although extremely unlikely, Healingrays reserve the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of placement. Notification will be given by email as soon as possible and a full refund (including postage) will be issued.
